Carolyn's Creations is a licensed bakery with the City of Meridian, MS. We are Health Department approved with ServSafe certification. We believe in giving our customers what they want, so we custom make all our cakes in-house especially for your event. Our cakes can be iced in a smooth buttercream or covered with fondant. We can make any cake that you can dream up!
